A: We are a family run business who take great pride in what we do. You will have your own event co-ordinator who knows your event inside out and where possible we will attend all events ourselves.
Q: What makes you different from other companies I've seen?
Q: How much deposit do I need to pay and is it refundable?
A: You can secure your date for as little as £50 for events likes weddings and parties and unfortunately the deposit is non refundable.
Q: What will happen on the day?
A: We will arrive 60-90 minutes before we are due to start to set up and will leave approx. 30 minutes after our time has finished. We will hand you the guest book before you leave and check that you were happy with the service. All we will need from you is to enjoy the mirror and your day.
Q: The package you offer doesn't suit my needs. Can it be altered?
A: Yes of course, we can add additional hours or customise the mirror as much as you like. This is done by a case by case basis so we can best understand how we can help you achieve what you want, just drop us an email.
